Physio Square is a growing physiotherapy clinic located inside a medical clinic with an adjacent pharmacy. We are expanding our services and are looking for a motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is interested in building and establishing their own caseload within our clinic.

You focus on providing excellent patient care and developing your practice. We will support you with the clinic infrastructure, administrative support, and marketing efforts needed to help build your caseload.

Flexible Practice Arrangements We are open to discussing different arrangements depending on what works best for both parties.

This opportunity may suit

- An RMT looking to start with one day per week or a few hours and gradually build a caseload;
- A self-employed RMT looking for a professional clinic environment to establish or expand their practice; or
- An established RMT interested in discussing a room-rental or co-rental arrangement within our clinic.

We have treatment space available and are happy to discuss a mutually suitable arrangement. Who We Are Looking For
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Motivated to develop and maintain a caseload
- Professional, reliable, and patient-centred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Interested in developing a longer-term relationship with the clinic
- Someone who believes in the idea of growing together

Schedule & Compensation Start: As soon as possible

Initial Schedule: Flexible – potentially a few hours, one day per week

Future Schedule: Opportunity to add hours and days as the caseload grows

Compensation / Rental Arrangement: Negotiable and open for discussion
