BeauDerma is a new, premium medical-aesthetics concept in central Saskatoon. We are looking for a certified medical aesthetician or laser technician who would like to help build the practice on the right footing and grow with it.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with an established clientele who wants greater independence, earning potential and access to advanced technology. We are also open to a newer graduate with strong training, sound judgment and the right attitude.

Treatments include laser hair reduction, pigmentation and vascular treatments, tattoo removal, skin revitalization, RF microneedling, acne-scar treatment, texture and pore improvement, fine lines, firmness, facials and other advanced skin services. Our technology allows us to safely treat all Fitzpatrick skin types.

The role The successful candidate will become BeauDerma’s primary aesthetics professional and help shape the client experience, treatment systems and growth of the practice.

Responsibilities will include

- Conducting consultations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Performing laser, RF microneedling, facial and skincare treatments
- Preparing and educating clients before and after treatment
- Recommending appropriate treatment programs and skincare without high-pressure selling
- Maintaining accurate records, consent forms and treatment photographs




- Following up with clients and prospective clients
- Assisting with booking, inventory, promotions, events and social media
- Helping establish protocols, systems and service standards
- Staying current with new science, technologies and treatment techniques

This role requires initiative and an ownership mindset. It will suit someone who enjoys treating clients but is also prepared to help develop the business around them.

Qualifications

- Recognized aesthetics or medical-aesthetics certification
- Formal laser training
- Cynosure experience strongly preferred, although additional training can be provided
- Experience with any recognized laser or energy-based platform is an asset
- Confidence working with different skin tones and Fitzpatrick skin types
- Strong consultation, communication and patient-education skills
- Dependable, professional and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to listen, learn and adopt new techniques
- Existing clientele or a strong community presence is a significant asset, but not required

Compensation

Compensation will be customized according to experience, responsibilities and existing clientele.

Options may include hourly compensation plus commission, a performance-based contractor arrangement, revenue sharing, bonuses and longer-term profit-sharing incentives. Candidates bringing an established clientele will be considered for preferential remuneration and a more advantageous revenue-sharing arrangement.

Employee compensation may range from $19 to $35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, with additional commission and incentives. Contractor arrangements may offer substantially greater performance-based earning potential.

Schedule The position is available immediately. Full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered, with a minimum commitment of approximately 20 hours per week.

Scheduling is flexible and may be developed within a broad operating window of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., up to six days per week. The final schedule will be agreed upon based on client demand and the successful candidate’s availability.
