Talenticit is expanding its network of multilingual freelance recruiters to support recruitment assignments across different industries. We’re looking for experienced recruiters who bring strong sourcing skills, knowledge of their sectors, and the ability to connect with candidates in multiple languages.

Whether you specialize in a particular field or recruit across several sectors, we’d like to hear from you.

We welcome expertise in

- Healthcare and life sciences

- Technology and IT

- Finance and accounting

- Engineering and manufacturing

- Sales, marketing, and professional services

- Operations, logistics, and supply chain

- Human resources and administration

Experience in executive search is also welcome.

Depending on the assignment, you will:

- Clarify hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.

- Identify and approach candidates through direct sourcing, professional networks, job boards, and referrals.

- Conduct screening interviews and assess qualifications, motivation, and suitability for the role.

- Present qualified candidates with clear summaries and recommendations.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.





- Keep recruitment records accurate and provide progress updates.

- Support offer discussions and follow-up when included in the mandate.

Requirements

We’re looking for professionals with:

- Proven recruitment experience in one or more industries.

- Skilled proficiency in at least two languages, with the ability to screen and engage candidates in those languages.

- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.

- The ability to manage assignments independently and meet agreed deadlines.

- Experience using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.

- Sound judgment, discretion, and respect for candidate confidentiality.

Assignments will be matched to your industry expertise, languages, availability, and client needs. Opportunities may include sourcing, candidate screening, or full-cycle recruitment. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation will be agreed upon before each assignment.
