Responsibilities

- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and care
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure client safety and comfort at all times
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care, and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
- Conduct body waxing treatments as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
- Foster excellent communication with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure repeat business




- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery

Skills

- Proven experience in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a salon environment
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and recommend products or services
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine approach
- Experience in body waxing is a plus but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate
- Retail sales skills to promote salon products and enhance client experiences
