Senior Analyst – Gas Scheduling

Location: Calgary, AB (Onsite Only)

Duration: 1 year

Work Model: 40 hrs./week average | Shift-based (Early 7 am–3:30 pm, Late 11 am–7:30 pm, Weekend 7:30 am–7:30 pm)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst – Gas Scheduling to join our team. This role is critical in facilitating gas scheduling on the Westcoast pipeline system , ensuring timely and accurate completion of gas cycles with high business impact. Shift work is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage nominations and scheduling cycles per NAESB deadlines using LINK gas management system.
- Handle contract administration: renewals, amendments, approvals, and customer support.
- Provide proactive customer service,



training, and issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation, recommend process improvements, and support system testing.

Qualifications

Required:

- 2+ years scheduling or industry experience.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with computer systems; team-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Westcoast pipeline system and natural gas markets.
