Naturopathic Doctor — Fertility & Family Wellness

At SOMOM, care follows people through the chapters of their lives. We’re looking for a Naturopathic Doctor who brings thoughtful, evidence-informed care to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonal health, and everyday wellbeing.

You’ll work alongside a cooperative team providing pelvic health, physiotherapy, and family wellness care. We’re looking for someone who listens closely, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping patients make informed decisions alongside their other healthcare providers.

Your practice may include:

- Fertility and preconception care for women and men
- Support for patients navigating IVF and other fertility treatments, coordinated with their fertility team
- Prenatal and postpartum wellbeing
- Menstrual health, hormonal concerns, perimenopause, and menopause care
- Nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, and preventive care
- Acupuncture for fertility and pregnancy care, if appropriately trained
- Moxibustion or acupuncture consultations for breech presentation, where appropriate and coordinated with the patient’s maternity care provider

What you’ll do:

- Assess patients and develop individualized naturopathic care plans using therapies within your scope of practice




- Educate patients about nutrition, lifestyle changes, and preventive care
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, whole-person care
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with relevant research and developments in naturopathic medicine

What you’ll bring:

- Current registration in good standing as a Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario and authorization to prescribe in Ontario
- Interest or experience in hormonal health, perimenopause, and menopause care; training on SOMOM’s existing care systems and protocols will be provided
- A genuine interest in women’s health, fertility, and integrative, whole-person care
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- A commitment to clinical excellence, evidence-informed practice, and lifelong learning
- An asset: Training and experience in acupuncture, including fertility or pregnancy care
