Duties
- Perform precise injections of neuromodulators (such as Botox or Dysport) and dermal fillers to address client concerns and desired outcomes
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, medical guidelines, and infection control standards during all procedures
- Monitor clients during and after treatments to manage any adverse reactions or complications promptly
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of procedures, client histories, and treatment plans
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and long-term maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with the aesthetic team to develop customized treatment plans that align with client goals
Skills
- Proven experience in administering neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with precision and confidence
- Solid patient care skills with a compassionate approach that builds trust and rapport
- Excellent knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and medication administration protocols
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about complex procedures in an understandable manner
- Attention to detail to ensure safety, accuracy, and optimal results in every treatment session
