As a result, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to help build a scalable finance function that supports continued growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role that combines financial stewardship, operational partnership, process improvement, and team development.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Director of Finance will work closely with Sales, Operations, and other functional leaders to drive performance, improve decision-making, and support the organization''s long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Operations, and executive leadership, providing analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive business performance.

Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics to support organizational goals.

Oversee annual review engagements, lender reporting, regulatory compliance, tax requirements, and internal controls.

Lead and mentor a growing accounting team,



providing coaching, training, and career development.

Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, automation, workflow improvements, and systems enhancements.

Manage financial operations across multiple entities, including intercompany transactions and reporting.

Support acquisition activity, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial integration.

Establish scalable policies, processes, and controls to support a growing organization.

Deliver meaningful management reporting and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
