In this role at BSRC, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure and enjoyable skating experience for all participants. You will supervise public skates and stick and puck sessions while assisting with inquiries related to arena activities. Confidence and proactivity are key as you ensure that safety protocols are followed and that all fees are collected accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor public skating and hockey sessions for safety
• Provide essential information about ice rink programs
• Track attendance and confirm participant fee payment




• Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately
• Champion safety and positivity in team interactions
Requirements:
• Solid skating ability and personal skating equipment
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
