NOW HIRING – CARPET CLEANING TECHNICIAN

True Steam Carpet Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated person to join our growing team in London, Ontario.

Pay: $20–$22/hour, based on experience and performance Training:

Paid training provided

Vehicle: Company vehicle provided for scheduled jobs

Location: London, ON & surrounding areas

Start Date: ASAP THE JOB

This is a hands-on position.

You’ll be working directly with customers in their homes and businesses while providing professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services.

Your responsibilities will include: Driving a company vehicle to scheduled appointments Loading and unloading carpet cleaning equipment and supplies

Setting up professional steam extraction equipment, hoses and tools Steam cleaning carpets, stairs, upholstery and area rugs Pre-treating stains, high-traffic areas and odours Properly using cleaning chemicals and equipment

Moving light furniture when required Keeping equipment and the company vehicle clean and organized

Communicating professionally with customers Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Following company procedures and safety requirements

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard and takes pride in their work.

You must:



Have a valid G driver's licence and be comfortable driving a company vehicle Be dependable and punctual Be physically capable of lifting and carrying cleaning equipment Be comfortable with physical, hands-on work

Have good communication and customer-service skills

Be qualified when working inside customers' homes and businesses Be able to follow instructions and learn our cleaning procedures Keep equipment and vehicles clean and organized

Be comfortable working independently once trained

Have flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends when required

Carpet cleaning experience is an asset, but it is NOT required.

We will provide training to the right person. Work ethic, reliability and attitude are more important to us than previous carpet-cleaning experience.

We're looking for someone who wants a real chance to learn, work and grow with the company — not someone looking for a temporary job for a few weeks.
