Position Overview

Viva Care Medical Group operates multiple family practice and walk in clinics located in the Great Vancouver area since 2009. Majority of them are located inside Walmart malls or in busy nearby commute intersections.

We are currently seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) for contract opportunities with Viva Care (Guildford) medical clinic in Surrey Guildford town center location.

Join our energetic healthcare team as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, coordinate patient treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality health outcomes.

Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced clinical care within the assigned setting. Duties may include:

- Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Prescribing medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Collaborating with physicians,



nurses and other members of the healthcare team
- Supporting continuity of care for patients, residents, and families
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Providing care in accordance with applicable provincial standards and scope of practice

Requirements Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Active and valid Nurse Practitioner license/registration applicable to the province of practice
- Valid BLS certification
- Relevant clinical experience
- Ability to meet applicable provincial regulatory and healthcare facility requirements
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Location: Surrey Guildford Town Centre Job Type: Full Time, Fixed term Contract

Pay: Competitive compensation based on assignment

Pay: $150,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
