Operations Manager

DelGate Logistics is a growing 3PL, warehousing, fulfillment, freight, and last-mile delivery company. We are seeking an organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operational teams and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across warehouse, dispatch, logistics, and customer service.

This is primarily an office-based management role. You will lead teams, monitor performance, coordinate priorities, solve issues, and ensure our clients receive reliable and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Logistics Coordinators, Dispatchers, Customer Service Representatives, and Warehouse Supervisors
- Oversee daily warehouse receiving, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and freight activity through team leads
- Ensure orders, inventory movements, client requests, and deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate between warehouse, dispatch, logistics, customer service, account management, and sales teams
- Review operational reports, KPIs, backlog, client issues, labour requirements, and service performance
- Improve processes to reduce errors, delays, damages, and unnecessary costs
- Handle escalated customer and operational issues professionally and promptly
- Set clear expectations,



train team members, and hold employees accountable for performance
- Support client onboarding and ensure operational requirements are communicated to all teams
- Maintain strong communication with management regarding performance, challenges, staffing, and growth opportunities
- Ensure teams follow company procedures, safety standards, and service-level expectations

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, transportation, or 3PL management
- Previous experience managing office-based operations, dispatch, customer service, or logistics teams
- Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience using WMS, TMS, CRM systems, Excel, and operational reports
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in ecommerce fulfillment, freight, furniture, or last-mile delivery is an asset
