Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Wooden Pallet Builders to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and repairing wooden pallets and can work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Duties

- Assemble pallets according to required sizes and specifications using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment to ensure durability and safety standards are met

- Perform heavy lifting regularly to move raw materials, assembled pallets, and finished products efficiently

- Repair and dismantle pallets as needed

- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of pallet construction and warehouse operations

- Operating pneumatic nail guns and other basic hand tools safely

- Select and inspect lumber for quality and proper use

- Measure, cut, assemble, and nail wooden components.

- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts

- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly tasks in a manufacturing setting





- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow workplace safety procedures at all times

- Meet daily production and quality requirements

Requirements

- Previous experience building wooden pallets is required

- Experience using pneumatic nail guns and woodworking tools

- Ability to read basic measurements and pallet specifications

- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive work

- Ability to lift and handle wooden materials

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Safety-conscious and quality-oriented
