As our Outreach & Inclusion Lead, you will be at the heart of our mission—bridging the gap between autistic experiences and community belonging.

Knowledge Sharing: Design and deliver Life Learning offerings that respond to individualized goals of Autistic adults as well as family caregivers. Promote, secure, and facilitate customized workshops and our autism training resources for business, government, and community organizations.

Resources: Develop toolkits, practical guides, and digital resources.

Evaluation: Conduct internal program evaluations and provide recommendations to ensure AHB programs are models of neuro affirming practices. Conduct external facility, staffing and resource audits for partners to recommend strategies and tools for inclusion.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with community partners to build effective learning networks. Seek and respond to sector speaking opportunities.

Champion Action & Self-Advocacy: Collaborate on research and community-led initiatives that promote equity and provide evidenced impact to inspire systemic change.

Qualifications & Experience

● Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Disability Studies, Social Work, Education, or relevant equivalent

● Experience: 3-5+ years leading adult education, spec ed, or outreach initiatives

● Knowledge:



Deep understanding of autism and neuro affirming practices

● Skills: Outstanding public speaking, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and project management

● Lived experience with autism is strongly preferred.
