Coast Mental Health in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Psychiatric Social Worker to lead outreach efforts connecting homeless or at-risk individuals with essential community resources, guided by psychosocial rehabilitation principles and our mission.
You will build partnerships with client support networks, provide life skills coaching, and contribute to program planning, evaluation, and reporting to meet BC Housing requirements. Valid driver’s license and vehicle access are assets.
