Help Build a Leading Mental Health Innovation Program The Fredericton repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) Clinic is seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Business Development Coordinator to support the growth of our advanced mental health treatment services. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional, business development specialist, clinic manager, pharmaceutical representative, or community engagement professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for improving access to mental health care.

The successful candidate will help establish and grow referral networks, increase community awareness, support patient access initiatives, and contribute to the long-term success of an innovative Neuromodulation treatment program with rTMS, Ketamine, Medical Aesthetic applications of Botox, a Metabolic clinic and other emerging treatments.

Position Details

- Position: Part-Time Business Development Coordinator
- Location: Fredericton, NB
- Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible)
- Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, Veterans’ services, government agencies, and first responder services.
- Promote clinic services, including rTMS and Ketamine, through community outreach, networking, and educational initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities and support marketing, physician engagement, and referral strategies.
- Track outreach and referral activities.




- Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and support a positive patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in healthcare, business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, business development, sales, marketing, or community engagement.
- Strong communication, networking, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Established connections within New Brunswick’s healthcare community.
- Knowledge of mental health services and referral processes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.

Compensation $30–$35/hour with ample opportunity for career advancement into a future Clinic Development Lead or Regional Business Development role.
