Duties

- Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed demos and technical information to enhance their shopping experience
- Support sales initiatives through upselling and suggestive selling of products to meet individual customer needs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping workplace
- Handle cash register operations including POS transactions, cash handling, and basic math calculations with accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction




- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization
- Train and mentor team members during shifts to promote a positive team atmosphere and uphold store standards

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail apparel is highly desirable
- Robust communication skills
- Experience with POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends as needed
