Responsibilities

- Greet visitors warmly and professionally as they arrive at the show home or sales centre, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including features, layouts, and available options to prospective buyers.
- Assist with property tours, highlighting key selling points and answering questions confidently.
- Support sales team by managing visitor flow, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients.
- Maintain the presentation of show homes and sales centres to ensure they are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.




- Use marketing skills to promote upcoming developments or special offers through engaging conversations and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple visitors and tasks efficiently.
- Administrative experience helpful for managing paperwork, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Passion for real estate or property development with a proactive attitude towards learning about new projects.
