Responsibilities

- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions across all subjects for students in grades 1-12, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning styles and needs
- Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that align with curriculum standards and student goals
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instruction accordingly
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that motivates students to actively participate and excel
- Communicate clearly with students and, when appropriate, with parents or guardians about progress and areas for improvement




- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student performance, and attendance
- Stay informed about best practices in tutoring and education to continuously enhance instructional effectiveness

Skills

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching students across various age groups and subjects
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey concepts and motivate learners
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons and track student progress efficiently
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional and supportive attitude
- Experience working with children or adolescents, demonstrating patience and understanding
- Classroom experience is a plus, providing insight into educational environments and student engagement strategies
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals
