What Youll Be Doing: As a Line Cook at The Arlington Hotel, youll prepare quality dishes that meet our standards for flavour and presentation.

Youll work alongside a supportive culinary team, helping keep service organized, efficient, and consistent.

Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

Set up, stock, and maintain your station throughout service.

Keep work areas and equipment clean, safe, and organized.

Follow food handling, storage, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Assist with food preparation, plating, restaurant service, and special events.

Work with the culinary team to provide timely, consistent service.

Support your colleagues and help the kitchen run smoothly during busy periods.

Participate in training, team meetings, and ongoing learning.

Prepare each dish with care, accuracy, and pride.

From daily restaurant service to private events and celebrations, youll help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

What You Bring to the Table: Experience in a restaurant, banquet, or high-volume kitchen.

Strong knife skills and familiarity with a range of cooking techniques. A Safe Food Handlers Certificate is an asset.





Culinary Trade Certification or a Red Seal designation is an asset. genuine interest in food and pride in your work.
