Were a busy family based in Burford, Ontario, about 5 minutes outside of Paris, looking for an exceptional long-term Family Assistant / Household Manager to become a trusted part of our household.

This is not primarily a nanny or housekeeping position.

Were looking for someone highly organized, proactive, trustworthy and resourceful who genuinely enjoys helping a household run smoothly and can take ownership of tasks without needing constant direction.

The role would include things like: * Running errands, returns and pickups * Managing household supplies and groceries * Scheduling appointments and coordinating household vendors * Helping with family calendar and logistics * Organizing areas of the home and keeping systems running * Travel preparation and occasional booking/admin support * Handling miscellaneous personal-assistant tasks * Light household support where needed * Occasional help with our young son, although childcare is not the primary focus of the position The ideal person is someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative,



follows through and enjoys being the person who makes life easier behind the scenes.

You should be comfortable working independently, have reliable transportation and a valid drivers licence, and be willing to complete references and appropriate background screening.

Previous experience as a Family Assistant, Household Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, career nanny or in another high-trust organizational role would be a strong asset.
