Payroll Administrator

Location: Surrey, BC (Cloverdale)

3 weeks contract - high possibility of becoming perm

We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a full-time, in-office role with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Manage payroll for 20+ operating companies, covering both union and non-union employees
- Process multiple payrolls weekly, ensuring compliance with union pension and RSP rules
- Oversee digital timecards, process adjustments, and handle overtime, sick leave, and short-term leave
- Run payroll reports, handle remittances, process ROEs, and prepare for upcoming payroll cycles

What You Bring to the Table:

- 3 years or more of full-cycle payroll experience
- Strong background in unionized payroll and multi-company payroll processing
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level)
- Familiarity with payroll systems across BC and Alberta
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
