Job Description:

We are looking for reliable General Labor – Warehouse Associates to join our team in Brantford. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks/containers safely and efficiently

- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations

- Perform regular stock counts and inventory checks

- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies

- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area

- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies





- Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor

- Use RF scanners or basic computer systems to track inventory (if applicable)

Requirements

Requirements

- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an asset, but not required

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

- Steel-toed boots required

- Good communication skills
