Senior Directors are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, leading complex technology implementations, and driving business development as industry and solution experts.

This role includes client-facing responsibilities, with travel (50%), and full accountability for delivery, client relationships, and revenue growth.

This role is a Senior Leader within the Energy & Utilities (E&U;) segment of the Oracle Diversified Industries Practice, responsible for driving complex, high-value Oracle transformation programs and expanding the firm's footprint in E&U; across North America.
**Responsibilities:**
Responsible for an annual target of bookings set by leadership- focused on large, complex E&U; pursuits
Lead end-to-end solutioning and deal strategy for Oracle-based E&U; transformations
Strong client focus – ability to operate at prime customer contact level
Demonstrated breadth and depth of operational service delivery management expertise, preferably in an international environment
Demonstratable experience having designed and implemented significant productivity as well as customer satisfaction improvements
Support development of industry accelerators and repeatable delivery models




Lead thought leadership and market presence, including webinars, industry events, and Oracle collaboration
Manage executive-level client relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations
Define and manage program scope, budget, and delivery roadmap
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with industry best practices and Oracle capabilities
Manage engagement financials, including forecasting, margin, and utilization
Drive governance, risk mitigation, and program execution excellence ​
**Qualifications:**
10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
10+ years' experience working with vendor solutions, vendors and partner sales and alliance leadership
6+ years' experience implementing Oracle Cloud solutions for Energy & Utility industry clients
Specific implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Plant Accounting and Projects/Fixed Assets
Strong experience with Oracle solutions, including: Oracle ERP Cloud (Projects, Financials), Oracle PPM, Primavera Cloud / Unifier, Oracle Joint Venture Management (preferred)
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-million-dollar transformation programs
Strong business development and large-deal pursuit experience ​
Strong experience in solution architecture, proposal development, and executive presentations
Ability to manage multiple large-scale engagements
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Bachelor's Degree in business, computer sciences or IT related field
The estimated base salary range for this job is $215,000 - $275,000.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.

The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy.

Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $268,750 - $371,250.

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.





The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
