**Sheet Metal Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled sheet metal technicians to join our dynamic team.

The role involves working in confined spaces, such as wing fuel tanks, to perform basic drilling of holes, install fasteners, skins, rivets, and nut plates.

You will be working off work tags for various job tasks, including precision drilling and installing bushings beyond hydraulic tubs in the wings.

Outside the wing, you will be responsible for fixing misaligned parts and may need to drill small skins on the wing surface as required.
**Responsibilities**
Perform structural assembly and sheet metal fabrication in confined spaces, including wing fuel tanks.

Drill holes, install fasteners, skins, rivets, and nut plates.

Complete precision drilling and install bushings beyond hydraulic tubs in the wings.

Repair misaligned parts and drill small skins on the wing surface when necessary.

Work from task cards and aircraft production plans (blueprints).
**Essential Skills**
**Minimum of 4 years experience in structures MRO facility**
At least 3 years experience in precision riveting and aircraft-specific structural assembly work.

Ability to read and interpret task cards and aircraft production plans (blueprints).

Ownership of basic mechanical tooling.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $52.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Toronto,ON.
