Production Associate

Allegra Oakville is looking for a reliable Production Associate to help produce high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced print shop. This hands-on role focuses primarily on wide format, digital print production, bindery, finishing, and packaging. Shipping courier packages and arranging pickup and deliveries.

Responsibilities

· Operate digital production printing equipment.

· Produce brochures, booklets, manuals, NCR forms, labels, and other printed materials.

· Cut, fold, drill, coil bind, laminate, saddle stitch, and package finished jobs.

· Review work orders and complete jobs accurately and on time.

· Perform quality checks throughout production.

· Keep equipment and production areas clean and organized.

· Run wide format work, receiving, and shipping

Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.





· Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience

· Digital print production.

· Bindery and finishing equipment.

· Print shop or light manufacturing environment.

· Wide format production experience is an asset.

Pay: $18.50-$26.00 per hour
