Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as PSWs/DSWs. As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Developmental Support Worker (DSW), you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

- Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes or nursing facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Specialize caregiver experience
- Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, or similar settings is preferred




- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is an asset
- Ability to provide quality care with empathy and respect for clients' dignity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification as a nurse or caregiver is advantageous
