POSITION: Quality Assurance Lead - S/4HANA and BTP migration

TYPE: Contract , full-time

DURATION: 12 months with likely extensions

LOCATION: Hybrid work, 3 days from the Montreal downtown office and 2 days remotely

REQUIRED

- QA Lead with at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, test governance, readiness controls, and gate challenge
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA test governance frameworks , QA standards, controls, and formal quality gate management
- Experience supporting or coordinating test governance in complex delivery environments with several teams, phases or workstreams
- Experience providing independent oversight across testing teams while constructively challenging delivery confidence
- Strong understanding of defect management, testing metrics, traceability and evidence standards
- Experience with test management tools , with qTes t experience
- Solid judgement, critical thinking, documentation discipline and executive reporting capability
- Collaborative approach that supports quality, compliance and psychological safety while still escalating material gaps
- Preferably French & English bilingual
