IC real-estate photographer for Bricks in the GTA/Mississauga. Jobs are assigned through Bricks after you’re approved; you accept work that fits your schedule. Bricks uses a fixed rate card, shared in onboarding. You keep your own clients and business; this is not an exclusive arrangement.
Responsibilities
- In office residential shoots.
- Follow Bricks shoot standards.
- Deliver work to shared specifications.
- Schedule your availability around accepted jobs.
Required
- 2+ years of real-estate or architectural photography experience, or a strong equivalent portfolio.
- Own professional camera and lenses suitable for interior and exterior photography.
- Reliable transportation across the GTA/Mississauga.
- Portfolio of recent real-estate property work (link or PDF at application).
- Able to work as an independent contractor in Canada.
- Based in or regularly covering the GTA/Mississauga.
Nice to have
- HDR/bracket workflow experience.
- Twilight photography experience.
- Matterport/3D tour experience (optional). Virtual Visit is a separate add-on.
