Hey there! I'm a working mom, my husband also works. Right now we have the mother-in-law to fill in the gaps when our son isn't at school, but it isn't an ideal arrangement. My job requires me to pick up shifts whenever I can, and they're not always 9-5 shifts. I've been unable to pick up anything outside of those hours due to unreliable childcare, so I'm hoping to find someone I can rely on when I receive a shift offer that's outside of typical day-shift hours.
My son is 3, he has a a dairy allergy, a bit of a speech delay, and we're working on potty training him at the moment. He's the sweetest boy, I know all parents say that but I really mean it, everyone who has ever looked after him tell me all about how polite and well-behaved he is!!
