As a full time, permanent consultant at Vancity’s head office, you will oversee operational risk and third-party risks while ensuring sustainable governance. By leveraging your extensive experience, you will design and implement frameworks that meet regulatory standards. Collaborative engagement with various departments will enhance internal risk practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance TPRM procedures and reporting capabilities
• Provide independent oversight of risk mitigation plans




• Evaluate and improve TPRM process effectiveness
• Aggregate risk information for senior leadership reporting
• Conduct enterprise-wide training on risk management
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk Management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and standards
• Excellent ability to build relationships and influence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
