Duties

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's needs, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or trigger point therapy
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history and specific concerns
- Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress accurately and confidentially
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or self-care routines
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations,



and any contraindications or medical considerations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client wellness plans

Experience

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the relevant regulatory body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and listen attentively to client needs
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in a rapid-paced environment
