Body Right provides professional mobile Registered Massage Therapy throughout Ottawa, with treatments delivered directly in clients’ homes and workplaces.

We are looking for a reliable and qualified Registered Massage Therapist to join our mobile team.

This opportunity is well suited to an RMT who wants strong compensation, flexibility, and the freedom to work alongside another clinic, spa or private practice.

Compensation is based on completed treatments rather than an hourly wage. Based on our current pricing, RMT compensation ranges from approximately:
- $114.75–$127.50 for a 60-minute treatment
- $153–$165.75 for a 90-minute treatment
- Plus 100% of tips

Room to Grow Body Right is currently receiving a growing number of requests for mobile massage therapy, creating an opportunity for a new RMT to build their client base quickly.

We also plan to continue expanding Body Right, including the possibility of opening a physical clinic in Ottawa in the future.



A therapist joining us now may have the opportunity to grow with the business and eventually combine mobile appointments with clinic-based work and an established client base.

You’ll also have the support of our Lead RMT, who has a professional background in physiotherapy, massage therapy and Thai massage. She can share her experience, provide practical guidance and support therapists as they continue developing their skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

- Provide qualified, client-centred massage therapy in clients’ homes and workplaces
- Assess client needs and provide appropriate treatment within the RMT scope of practice
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records and clinical notes
- Follow CMTO standards, professional obligations and infection prevention practices
- Communicate professionally with clients before, during and after treatment
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional treatment environment
- Manage appointments and documentation through Sabaican
- Travel reliably to scheduled appointments throughout your selected service areas

Qualifications

- Active registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and client-care skills
- Professional, dependable and comfortable working independently
- Ability to transport and set up mobile massage equipment

Previous mobile massage experience is an asset but is not required. Newly registered RMTs are welcome to apply.
