**Job Must Haves**
2+ years of mechanical assembly experience
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong manual dexterity for small, detailed assembly work
**Responsibilities**
Perform manual assembly of valves, including hand-screwing bolts and inserting sleeves that resemble small bearings.

Carry out repetitive assembly tasks with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.

Load valves into semi-automated cells and support robotic and fully automatic assembly processes as needed.

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, following all work instructions and procedures.

Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth performance and address minor issues as they arise.

Conduct basic quality checks on assembled valves, including visual inspection and measurement using calipers.

Package assembled valves from the production line according to specified standards and requirements.

Perform general labor duties in the production area as required to support overall workflow.

Handle multiple types of tasks in production and adapt to different stations or processes as needed.

Lift and move materials or products weighing up to 50 lbs in a safe manner.
**Shifts**
2 x Day: 6:15am - 3pm
1 x Aft: 2:45pm - 11:15pm
