Role Description The Remote Sales and Marketing Consultant is a contract role responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and enrollment in My Rebirth Journey’s programs and services. On a day-to-day basis, this role identifies and nurtures leads, conducts discovery calls, and manages the sales pipeline from initial contact to conversion. The consultant develops and executes marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email outreach, and content tailored to the company’s target audience.

They collaborate with the founder or core team to refine messaging, support promotional efforts for events or programs, and track performance metrics.



This is a remote position that requires proactive communication, self-management, and consistent follow-through in a virtual workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to convey complex ideas with empathy.
- Customer Service abilities to build trust, respond to inquiries, and support prospective clients through their decision-making process.
- Sales skills to qualify leads, conduct consultative conversations, manage a pipeline, and close enrollments in alignment with the company’s values.
- Marketing experience in developing outreach strategies, managing social media or email campaigns, and positioning services to target audiences.
- Project Management skills to organize campaigns, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with team members in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as CRM systems, marketing platforms, and video conferencing software.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in personal development, coaching, or wellness-focused services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fully remote, contract-based role.
