Looking to learn a valuable trade and build real-world skills? We are hiring a reliable, hard-working Renovation Apprentice to join our team. You’ll work directly alongside experienced generalists on a wide variety of projects—from custom interior renovations and deck builds to outdoor retaining walls and seasonal setups (like high-end holiday light installations). If you have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a desire to learn, we will train you on the rest.

What You’ll Do

- Assist on Renovations & Builds: Help with framing, deck construction, drywall, flooring, trim, and general carpentry.
- Hardscaping & Outdoor Work: Support site prep, digging, concrete work, and building retaining walls.
- Seasonal Installations: Assist with installing and removing residential holiday lighting, seasonal decor, and exterior features (involving ladder and rooftop work).
- Site Operations: Load/unload tools and materials, set up job sites safely, and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Learn the Trades:



Master the protected operation of hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced pros.

What We’re Looking For
- Eagerness to Learn: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to master trade skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/roofs, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in varied weather.
- Basic Tool Experience: Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate).
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of taking direction well.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
