Experienced Residential Cleaner

Find Your Shine Cleaning Service Inc. – Victoria, BC

Find Your Shine Cleaning is a growing, locally owned cleaning company looking for an experienced residential cleaner to join our Victoria team.

I’m looking for someone who can take on some of my established personal clients as I transition into a more hands-on role with the administrative side of the business. This position requires someone I can trust to work independently, care about the quality of their work, and build positive relationships with clients.

What I’m looking for

- Previous skilled residential cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Able to work independently and manage your time well
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Professional and comfortable communicating with clients
- Someone who takes initiative and notices what needs to be done
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working around pets
