Broch Builders is an owner-led Calgary builder delivering multi-family infill, from 4-plexes to 12-plexes. No red tape.
You'll run sites from excavation to occupancy: scheduling trades, quality and municipal inspections, safety, cost control and handover.
You bring
- 3+ years supervising residential or multi-family builds
- Alberta Building Code knowledge
- Reads drawings and specs
- CSTS/First Aid and a valid Class 5 licence
