We are looking for an experienced residential cleaner to work full time for my small cleaning business.

Requirements

- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
- Must have experience cleaning private homes in Canada. Hotel experience is ok too.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday between 6 to 8 hours daily, usually starting at 8:30 a.m.
- The rate per hour is $19 to start with possible raise depending on performance.
- I don’t pay cash.
- Driving is NOT necessary. We pick up the cleaners at the train station close to the first house.
- Must be responsible and detail-oriented.

My cleaning business does not take shortcuts and cut corners. We are dedicated to detailed cleaning and ensuring full satisfaction from customers. Workers must be willing and prepared to put in effort to reach these standards.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home..
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Experience





- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively..
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.

Requirements

- Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain order in cleaning processes and client requests.
- communication skills in English Or Spanish
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respect for client privacy.
