Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
- Manage food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and inventory control
- Conduct interviews and hiring processes to build a talented team aligned with our service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation and cooking procedures to maintain quality standards




- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements for efficiency and guest experience

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Robust team management skills with demonstrated leadership in hospitality settings
- Background in restaurant management or hospitality management preferred
- Experience with cash handling, bartending, barista work or hotel experience is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to train staff on serving best practices
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and hospitality standards
