No previous machining experience is required.

We are looking for dependable individuals who are motivated to learn and interested in building a career in precision manufacturing. THE OPPORTUNITY Machine Operator Entry Level Starting Pay: $21.49$26.33 per hour, plus applicable shift premiums and monthly bonus.

Experienced machinists may be considered for rates of up to $30 per hour. A 3.5% pay increase will also take effect on 1 November 2026, with annual pay negotiations through the union. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a Machine Operator, you will receive fully paid training to develop the skills needed to manufacture precision components used in aerospace and other specialist industries.

Your responsibilities will include: Learning how to operate precision manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.

Producing components to strict quality and dimensional requirements.

Inspecting finished parts using measuring equipment.

Following manufacturing instructions, quality procedures and safety standards.

Working with experienced machinists to develop your technical knowledge and practical skills.



WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Previous manufacturing experience is not essential.

We are interested in candidates who can demonstrate: High School Diploma or GED.

Basic maths and communication skills.

Reliability, good attendance and a solid work ethic.

An interest in machinery, engineering, automotive work, construction or other hands-on activities.

Willingness to learn new skills and work the available shifts.

Candidates with previous machining or manufacturing experience are also encouraged to apply. AVAILABLE SHIFTS 2nd Shift: Monday

Friday, 3:30pm11:30pm, with a 10% shift premium. 3rd Shift: Monday

Thursday, 11:00pm7:00am, with a 15% shift premium.

There are currently no 1st shift vacancies.

Training is typically completed on 1st shift, although alternative training arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis. SIGN-ON BONUS AND ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE Sign-on bonuses of $3,000$5,000 are available, depending on the applicable offer and shift.
