Job Summary: The CA Gen Programmer/Programmer Analyst II is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions using CA Gen and related technologies to meet business requirements.

This role involves programming, analysis, and support within a technical workplace, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications: University degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 8 years of application programming and analysis experience.

Proven experience with CA Gen version 8.5 or higher (minimum 3 years).

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Five or more years of experience developing, documenting, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions.

Two or more years of experience with Java, C++, and Struts Framework.





Five or more years of experience with service management processes and tools.

Three or more years of experience with SSRS reporting tools.

Two or more years of experience working in UNIX/Linux environments.

Five or more years of experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.

Two or more years of experience with Visual Studio 2019 or higher.

Experience supporting public sector healthcare applications in Canadian provincial contexts (minimum 3 months).
