Description Exciting New Opportunity At Armour Transportation! We are seeking a compassionate, organized Disability & Leaves Coordinator to support employees and leaders.

In this role, you will guide disability claims and employee leaves, coordinate workplace accommodations and safe return-to-work plans, and work closely with managers, insurers, health-care providers, workers compensation representatives, and Human Resources.

Location: Moncton, NB Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 Type: Full-Time Permanent | In-Office Benefits: Health & Dental and RRSP Employer Matching Program What Youll Do Coordinate occupational and non-occupational disability cases and employee leaves from intake through closure.

Develop practical accommodation, modified work, and gradual return-to-work plans.

Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor documentation, deadlines, and case progress.

Provide clear guidance to employees and leaders while supporting compliance, employee well-being, and operational continuity.





What You Bring Post-secondary education in Human Resources, disability management, occupational health, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least two years of relevant experience in disability management, leave administration, benefits, Human Resources, workers compensation, or related case management.

Strong communication, organization, judgment, discretion, and service skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using HR or case-management systems.

Nice To Have English/French bilingualism; Knowledge of employee leave entitlements, accommodation, privacy, and workers compensation requirements; Transportation, logistics, fleet, or multi-site operational experience; and A relevant qualified designation or certificate.
