**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing processing equipment, with a strong understanding of electrical systems to ensure efficient repair and replacement outcomes.

You will be responsible for executing oral and printed work requests, performing regular work orders, and managing inventory and labor using a computerized maintenance program.

This position requires extensive mechanical knowledge in areas such as power transmission, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

You must also have the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics, as well as perform machining and fabricating for equipment repairs or upgrades.
**Responsibilities**
Troubleshoot, repair, and install processing equipment.

Utilize electrical knowledge for efficient repair and replacement.

Execute oral and printed work requests and apply corrective actions.

Perform regular work orders and manage inventory using a computerized system.

Apply extensive mechanical knowledge including power transmission, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Read and understand mechanical drawings and schematics.

Machine and fabricate for equipment repairs and upgrades.

Weld equipment or parts as needed.

Adhere to all plant food, health, and safety policies.

Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs as required.
**Essential Skills**
Red Seal Millwright Ticket or 433a Ticket from Ontario.
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Strong mechanical aptitude.

**Work Workplace**
This position operates in a fast-paced, cold, and wet environment with strong odors from cleaning solutions, blood products, and raw meat.

The role requires regular standing, walking, handling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling,



as well as the ability to use your senses to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.

Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $97697.60 - $97697.60/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
