Ledcor is seeking experienced Finish Grader Operators to join their team for the NXE Rook 1 Project near Regina, Saskatchewan. Operators will be responsible for fine grading and site preparation for a major uranium mine development, utilizing advanced GPS machine control systems.

The ideal candidates are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in civil earthworks construction.

What You’ll Need

- Minimum 5 years of experience operating finish graders on civil construction or site development projects
- Experience using GPS grade control systems (Topcon, Trimble, Leica, or equivalent)
- Ability to read and interpret grade plans, blueprints, and site layouts
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Valid CSTS 2020 certification
- Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification
- Successful completion of pre-employment and pre-access drug and alcohol testing
