Position: HR Systems & Project Specialist is a one-year term position established to support the continued

development, modernization and effectiveness of Eagle Heart Centre’s Human Resources function.
Reporting to the Director of Operations & Human Resources and working collaboratively with the Human
Resources Coordinator, the Specialist will support HR systems administration and optimization, policy and
procedure development, HR research, personnel-file modernization, recruitment and onboarding, compliance tracking, HR reporting and other human resources improvement projects.
A significant focus of this position will be supporting and optimizing ADP Workforce Now, strengthening
HR data integrity, and identifying opportunities to improve or digitize HR processes.
The successful candidate will be highly comfortable with technology and HR information systems, possess
strong research and professional writing skills, and can translate HR requirements into practical processes, forms, workflows and tools.
The position will progressively cross-train in core HR Coordinator functions to strengthen departmental
coverage and provide broad HR generalist experience. Any future employment or advancement beyond

the term will depend on organizational needs, available opportunities and demonstrated competency.

Education:



Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related

field. Minimum two years of direct Human Resources experience. Demonstrated hands-on experience

using an HRIS/HCM system.

Qualifications:

- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
- Robust research and professional writing skills.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and data

reconciliation.

- Demonstrated ability to work confidently with technology, databases and digital workflows.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or system optimization.
- Power Query, Share Point or digital workflow experience.
- Experience researching or drafting HR policies, SOPs or procedures.
- Experience conducting personnel-file or HR compliance audits.
- Experience with HR reporting and workforce analytics.
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan employment and workplace requirements.
- Experience in an Indigenous, community-based, non-profit or human-services organization.
- CPHR coursework or progress toward designation.
