Job Overview

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. You’ll be responsible for providing friendly, professional customer service, helping customers understand our products, processing sales, and keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, approachable, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will be provided on our products, store procedures, and POS system.

Duties

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about available products
- Operate the POS system and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Follow all store policies and applicable age-verification requirements
- Restock shelves and maintain organized product displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor inventory and notify management when products need to be restocked
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally




- Follow all company procedures and applicable regulations
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily store operations

Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about products and store procedures
- Must meet all legal age requirements for working in a vape/tobacco retail environment
