OC Beauty – Retail Sales Associate

Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

Position: Permanent Part-Time

Wage: $17.60–$18.50 per hour

Potential to Grow Into Full-Time

We’re expanding our team at OC Beauty and are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join us.

We welcome applicants with experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, customer service, merchandising, or other customer-facing roles. A strong interest in beauty and skincare is important, and we value people who are eager to learn, communicate well, and create a positive experience for every customer.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in retail sales, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
- A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and helping customers
- Ability to listen to customers and help them explore products suited to their needs and preferences
- Confidence explaining product benefits and common skincare ingredients in a clear, approachable way
- Experience with merchandising, displays, or maintaining an organized retail setting is an asset
- Friendly, energetic, reliable, and professional
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about OC Beauty products, hero ingredients, skincare routines, and new product launches
- Must be available to work Saturdays and evenings

What You’ll Do




- Welcome customers and provide friendly, inclusive service
- Help customers explore skincare, cosmetic, and beauty products
- Ask questions to better understand customer needs and preferences
- Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, and suggested routines
- Support retail sales through helpful, pressure-free recommendations
- Merchandise, restock, and maintain attractive product displays
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with promotions, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Support general day-to-day store operations

Position Details This is a permanent part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.

- Currently be located in Sault Ste. Marie
- Be available to work Saturdays & evenings
- Be available to start during the week of October 8, 2026
