Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product rotation to keep the sales floor appealing and well-stocked

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, especially involving product demos or technical explanations
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to engage effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills for managing merchandising displays and inventory tasks
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
