Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales and Catering Coordinator to drive our hospitality and event sales initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the key liaison between clients and our venue, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution of catering and event services. Duties

- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote catering services and event spaces, increasing visibility and sales.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through event completion, providing exceptional guest services and personalized solutions.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including menu selection, room setup, audiovisual needs, and special requests to ensure flawless execution.
- Upsell additional services such as premium packages, beverage options, or special amenities to enhance guest experiences and boost revenue.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to meet their needs while adhering to budget guidelines and company policies.
- Manage event timelines, budgets,



and logistics efficiently by collaborating with internal teams such as culinary, operations, and sales staff.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or catering coordination within the hospitality or restaurant industry; hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Strong background in marketing strategies aimed at increasing event bookings and revenue growth.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor that fosters positive relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and negotiation to maximize profitability while satisfying client needs.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Well-developed organizational skills with keen attention to detail in event planning and execution.
- Proficiency in time management and budgeting to ensure seamless service delivery within financial parameters.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, restaurant procedures, or hotel environments is a plus.
